All commercial agreements, invoicing, payments, taxation, regulatory compliance, and legal obligations related to WestHarbour Labs are handled through AZMIRA VENTURES. While clients interact with the WestHarbour Labs brand, the underlying legal and financial responsibilities are fulfilled by AZMIRA VENTURES in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Three broad kinds. Building software: web and mobile applications, SaaS products, cloud and DevOps, design and test automation. Changing how a business runs: transformation planning, process automation, CRM and ERP rollouts, and the documentation that keeps it all usable. And growth work once the product exists, covering SEO, content, digital marketing, social and email.

A discovery phase is fixed price and usually takes one to two weeks. After that, most work runs monthly on a team basis, so you can change direction without renegotiating a contract. We give you a range before discovery, not after.

You do, from the first commit. Repos, cloud accounts, and documentation stay in your name. If you decide to take the work in-house, we run the handover rather than making it awkward.

Yes, when you want it. That means named engineers, an agreed response time, monitoring, and someone owning the roadmap. If you would rather run it yourself, we train your team instead.
